Your role
As an Assistant Legal Counsel, you will:
- Review and negotiate investment fund documentation on behalf of IQ-EQ.
- Lead contract negotiations, focusing on fund-related agreements.
- Act as a key contact for external lawyers.
- Manage projects related to investment fund documentation review and approval.
Qualifications
What we're looking for
- Irish-qualified Solicitor with post-qualification experience.
- Experience in the Irish Investment Funds sector.
- Strong knowledge of AFIMD and UCITS regulations.
- Advantageous experience includes:
- Working in-house at a fund management company/MiFID firm.
- Exposure to the property sector.
- Experience establishing funds in other EU jurisdictions.
