Requirements
- Previous experience in footwear design
- be able to produce high quality work to targets and tight deadlines
- have a flair for design with great creativity and imagination
- be passionate about the fashion industry with knowledge of both major designer brands as well as exciting new brands
- be able to produce original ideas based on upcoming trends
- be flexible with the ability to forge a strong branded aesthetic across multiple product categories
- be confident in presenting your designs formally and informally
- have practical knowledge and experience of production methods
- be able to work without supervision but be part of a team
- have an understanding of Carvela, our collections and the brand
