  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline from inquiry through move-in.
  • Respond quickly and personally to new inquiries and prospective residents.
  • Conduct tours that showcase the community, its services, and the value we provide to residents and families.
  • Build meaningful relationships with prospective residents and their families and understand their unique needs.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects, families, and referral sources.
  • Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing communities, home health and hospice agencies, physicians, care managers, senior resource organizations, and other community partners.
  • Represent the community at networking events, senior fairs, professional organizations, and community activities.
  • Develop creative strategies to increase occupancy and strengthen the community’s reputation in the market.
  • Monitor sales activity, conversion rates, move-ins, move-outs, and census trends.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and sales activity records and use data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Partner with the Executive Director and leadership team to develop and execute census and marketing strategies.
What We Are Looking For

  • A natural relationship builder who genuinely enjoys connecting with people.
  • A confident communicator who can build trust with families during important and often emotional decisions.
  • A strong sales professional who understands that successful senior living sales are about relationships, trust, and finding the right solution—not pressure.

  • Results-oriented and motivated by achieving census and operational goals.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and resourceful—someone who sees what needs to be done and takes action.
  • Compassionate and service-minded, with a genuine passion for serving older adults.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with an Executive Director and department leaders.
  • Able to balance business results with resident experience and quality of care.
