💼 What You’ll Do:Assist in planning and executing live nonprofit events and community outreach campaigns
Coordinate on-site logistics including setup, vendor management, and breakdown
Lead and mentor event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth, professional operations
Monitor event performance and support post-event reporting and analysis
Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to amplify reach and engagement
Help ensure all events align with client missions and campaign goals
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
Confident leader and team player with excellent communication skills
Quick problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments
Passionate about nonprofit work, community building, and making a difference
Event coordination or leadership experience is a plus—but not required
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Paid training in event planning, leadership, and campaign execution
