The Role

💼 What You’ll Do:
  • Assist in planning and executing live nonprofit events and community outreach campaigns

  • Coordinate on-site logistics including setup, vendor management, and breakdown

  • Lead and mentor event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth, professional operations

  • Monitor event performance and support post-event reporting and analysis

  • Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to amplify reach and engagement

  • Help ensure all events align with client missions and campaign goals

✅ Who You Are:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks

  • Confident leader and team player with excellent communication skills

  • Quick problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments

  • Passionate about nonprofit work, community building, and making a difference

  • Event coordination or leadership experience is a plus—but not required

  • Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
