Assistant Environmental Consultant / Environmental Consultant
Our Environmental Team is looking for Assistant Environmental Consultant(s) / Environmental Consultant(s) to join our Hong Kong office. This is an excellent career development opportunity for candidates looking to learn, develop and grow their technical capability and professional experience in the field of environmental assessment. You will join a team of engineers, consultants, and project managers to play a pivotal role on major infrastructure projects for key clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct environmental impact assessment for infrastructure and development projects
- Conduct field survey and measurement, impact predictions and analysis, prepare reports, and design environmental control measures
- Communicate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders for delivery of consultancy work
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline
- 1 to 5 years’ environmental consultancy experience, with practical experience on noise and/or air quality impact assessment
- Solid experience in using environmental prediction models (such as NoiseMap, RoadNoise, AERMOD etc.) and in design of mitigation measures for infrastructure and development projects
- Experience in using drawing and mapping tools (such as AutoCAD and QGIS) is an advantage
- Self-motivated with positive work attitude and strong sense of responsibility
- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills and demonstrated ability to work as a team
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Environmental Consultant
