• Responsible for the maintenance of District Cooling System (DCS) plants, Retail Cooling Monitoring (RCM) and other field works
• Implement and monitor service and maintenance programme
• Support analysis and optimisation of plant maintenance
• Supervise and implement all maintenance processes including externally sourced contractors
• Support maintenance contract management
• Conduct routine inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems
• Assist Engineer in calibrations and control troubleshooting as required
• Assign and release work orders to the concerned maintenance specialists and contractors
• Close work orders / service requests after completion of work
• Ensure work method of maintenance activities comply with established standards and procedures
• Assist Engineer to analyse and implement facility enhancement and improvement works
• Ensure all maintenance records are properly documented for tracking and audit purposes
• Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary
• Administer Permit To Work system
• Uphold a safe operating environment and carry out all maintenance activities in compliance with company's policies & procedures and government legislation. Understand safety requirements for Machine Guarding, LOTO, Permit to Work, Work at Height, Hot work, hazardous area classification and etc.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
