Position Summary
Maximize the efficiency of output power of Solar plant.
Prevent equipment malfunctions or damages through weed control, snow removal work, cleaning water drainage, doing the visual inspection of PV planes, repair of the components (PV module, racks etc), repair the internal road, repair the ground or road condition.
Responsible for proceeding above works safely.
Weed control tasks may include the use of lawnmowers, manual weeding, and application of herbicides.
Adhere to necessary safety precautions and follow proper work procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

太陽光発電所の出力効率を最大化する
除草、除雪作業、排水清掃、PV平面の目視検査、部品（PVモジュール、ラックなど）の修理、内部道路の修理、地面や道路の状態の修理などを通じて設備の故障や損傷を防ぐ
上記の作業を安全に進める責任
除草作業には、芝刈り機の使用、手作業による除草、除草剤の散布などが含まれる
安全な作業環境を確保するため、必要な安全予防措置を遵守し、適切な作業手順に従うこと
業務内容
- 太陽光発電所および変電所の定期点検とメンテナンス
- 発電・変電設備（電気、通信等）のトラブルシューティング、修理、調査
- 発電、操業、安全作業などに関する改善提案
- 検査、問題、調査などに関するレポート作成
- 遠隔監視システムによる監視業務
- メーカーへの調査依頼、スケジュール調整、問い合わせ対応等
- 変電所の除雪と除草
- パワーコンディショナーの精密検査
求めるスキル
- 第一種電気工事士または第三種電気主任技術者以上
- 電気設備保守、工事等に従事した実務経験1年以上
- 電気工事に関する知識、電気機器に関する知識
- パソコン操作、エクセル
歓迎スキル
- 学校、大学で電気工学を専攻
- 電気通信に関する知識
- 健康で十分な体力があること
