About the Role
As Technical Assistant you will support engineers, technicians and project managers in their daily work through technical documentation, data processing, coordination and practical tasks related to product development, construction, production or service. The role ensures that technical processes are carried out efficiently, correctly documented and follow company procedures.
What You Will Do
Create and update 3D/2D drawings as directed by engineers
Prepare, update and maintain technical documents (technical specifications, manuals, drawings, etc.)
Secure document version control in our management systems
Ensure compliance with internal standards and quality requirements
Prepare drawing materials for prototyping or production
Create and maintain bills of materials (BOMs)
Collect and structure test data
Document results and deviations
Assist with practical tasks in test laboratories or prototype workshops
Act as the "go-to" person for technical documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to manage technical documentation, ensure quality, and deliver on time
What You Need to Be Successful
Technical Engineer, Technical Designer, Production Technologist or equivalent
Experience with CAD (e.g. Catia or SolidWorks)
Have knowledge and experience in using GPS & RPS measurement system
Strong documentation and structuring skills
Basic understanding of mechanics and electronics
Ability to handle many parallel tasks
Good communication skills in English – both verbal and written
Experience using PLM tools
Strong collaboration skills.
Willing to learn and be curious
Bonus Points if You Have
Ability to create simple 3D models or design changes
Understanding of mechanical tolerances, materials and production methods
Understanding of DFM/FS (Design for Manufacturing/ Feasibility Study)

Skills Required
- Technician degree level or higher
- 1+ years of experience in custom part design and installations, soldering and hardware installation
- Experience in handling A-surface parts and detailed mechanical assemblies
- Experience with wiring electrical systems
- Use of all hand tools and shop equipment
- Experience with metal work and parts fabrication
- Experience with vinyl, leather, fabric wrapping
- Ability to speak and write English
