Job Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting the integration of OneID (Disney's global account registration system) into all web services in Japan as well as other APAC regions, working closely with the development team in the US. The role requires technical expertise about web services, a deep understanding of OneID specifications, excellent communication skills, and fluency both in English and Japanese. Additionally, the candidate will leverage their knowledge of web service to assist in the implementation of CMS (Content Management Systems).
Primary Responsibilities:

  • OneID Integration Support:
    • Provide deep understanding of OneID and possess strong engineering skills.
    • Lead the implementation of OneID for services across Japan and other APAC regions.
    • Configure OneID to meet specific business requirements of various services.
    • Act as a liaison between the OneID team in the US and the business owners, handling upgrade requests and specification changes.
    • Gather local requirements, including custom features and localization, to the OneID team on behalf of the business owners.
    • Manage escalations and inquiries about OneID from the Customer Service team.
    • Conduct testing and documentation of knowledge about OneID.
    • Facilitate meetings with the OneID team and other relevant stakeholders.
  • CMS Integration Support:
    • Understand and support the implementation of the company's standard CMS platforms.
    • Assist the service owners and vendors in creating and managing web pages using the CMS.


Knowledge and Skills:

  • Fundamental knowledge of web services, mobile application development and AWS.
  • HTML and JavaScript coding.
  • Native-level fluency in English and business-level fluency in Japanese.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
