Assistant DON RN Qualifications & Benefits(RN) ADON Qualifications:
- Must have ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college
- Must have an active RN license in the state of Virginia
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
- Ability to make independent decisions
