Pay rate: $65,000-$70,000/year
Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday 3pm-11pm or Sunday- Thursday 3pm-11pm (determined based on business needs at time of hire)

The Assistant Director is responsible for:
- The overall daily operations of shifts and the accountability and supervision of all line staff; maintains full responsibility for program operations in the Director's absence
- Ensuring log entries, incident reports, security checks are accurate and complete
- Training and supervising all shift supervisors on Spectrum/DYS policies and procedures
- Assisting the Program Director in training and orientation of new staff, planning managers meetings, and staff meetings
- Participating fully in the On-Call Coverage System
- Crisis management
- Interviewing and hiring program staff in concert with the Program Director
- Participating in internal investigations of serious residential incidents
Qualifications:
- Preferably a B.A./B.S. in human services or related field preferred.
- Appropriate direct care experience working with at-risk youth and previous supervisory experience required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and basic computer skills including ability with Word, Excel and Outlook required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid ID
