Your Day-to-Day- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts.
- Assist in regulatory and financial reporting processes.
- Support the preparation of management reports and analytical reviews.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with audits, tax filings, and other finance-related projects.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and financial control activities.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – must.
- 2+ years of experience following internship (post-internship experience).
- Experience in accounting, financial reporting, or audit.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- High level of English, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the banking, fintech, or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with IFRS and/or US GAAP.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Oracle or SAP.
- Experience with regulatory reporting processes.
- Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools – an advantage.
Skills Required
