What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of apartment industry or multifamily property management experience required
- Leasing, collections, resident relations, or assistant manager experience preferred
- Previous leadership, training, or supervisory experience is a plus
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities
- Experience with Entrata or similar property management software preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations across multiple apartment communities
- Assist with leasing, marketing, and resident retention initiatives
- Help achieve occupancy, revenue, and delinquency goals
- Process resident transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with rent collections and account management
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of team members
- Conduct resident follow-up and provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and operational procedures
- Assist Community Managers with reporting, inspections, and property performance initiatives
