Brookside Properties is seeking a motivated Assistant Community Manager to support operations at a 300-unit apartment community in Louisville, KY. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to grow into a stronger leadership role in property management while helping drive performance and resident satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of multifamily property management experience required
  • Leadership or mentoring experience strongly preferred
  • Entrata or similar property management software experience a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Energetic, detail-oriented, and resident-focused mindset
  • Bilingual skills a plus (not required)

  • Support daily operations of a 300-unit apartment community
