What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of multifamily property management experience
- Previous Assistant Community Manager or strong Leasing Professional experience preferred
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with delinquency, collections, and resident accounts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Entrata experience is a plus)
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional resident experiences
What You'll Do
- Support daily operations alongside the Community Manager
- Assist with leasing, resident retention, and marketing initiatives
- Manage resident accounts, collections, and delinquency
- Deliver exceptional service to residents and prospects
- Help achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction goals
- Support hiring, training, and development of onsite team members
- Maintain compliance with company policies and property standards
