Role Overview
As an Assistant Clinical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care within your department. You will support the Director/Nurse Manager by overseeing clinical operations, managing budgets, and driving quality improvement initiatives. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining regulatory compliance and fostering a positive work environment for your team.

What You Will Do
- Plan, organize, and direct the provision of patient care services within the department.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of budgets and quality improvement programs.
- Ensure staffing levels meet patient care needs and organizational goals.
- Support the establishment and achievement of department goals and objectives.
- Monitor and ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to policies.
- Assist in the evaluation and discipline of personnel as needed.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Two years of RN experience.
- Current RN license in the State of Michigan.
- BCLS/ACLS certification per unit standards.
- Certifications appropriate for the specific unit.

- Previous leadership or management experience in a clinical setting.
- Experience with budget management and quality improvement initiatives.
