MECCA MAX is looking for a dynamic, creative, and commercially-minded individual to join the Brand Team as an Assistant Brand Manager. In this diverse 360° role, you will support the execution of campaigns, new product launches, performance analysis, and more, all while playing a key part in driving the success of MECCA's private label beauty brand.
The Role You Could Play:
- Brand Strategy Support | Provide insights into customer trends and new opportunities, supporting product ideation and decision-making with the Product Development team.
- New Product Launches | Assist in creating product launch and renovation briefs, including competitive analysis and market references, in collaboration with senior team members.
- Sales & Performance Analysis | Support weekly sales analysis and post-launch reviews, identifying key insights and growth opportunities to drive brand success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration | Work closely with teams like Education, Retail, VM, Marketing, and CRM to execute campaigns and brand strategies effectively.
- Campaign Execution & Coordination | Support end-to-end campaign execution across all channels, ensuring alignment with the brand DNA and creative strategy.
- Marketing Materials Management | Help coordinate the creation of campaign briefs, design briefs, e-commerce updates, and oversee visual merchandising and signage.
- Brand Administration | Manage brand-related invoices, product orders, and photo shoot product coordination, ensuring timely and organized execution.
- Team Collaboration | Foster positive relationships within the MECCA-Maginations team and across Mecca departments, building strong partnerships with external vendors.
What You Will Bring:
- A creative thinker with a commercial mindset, able to leverage insights and trends to drive brand success.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
- A passion for beauty and an understanding of the beauty industry landscape.
- Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to inspire and support the brand team.
- Experience in a marketing or product development related position.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office in particular Power Point and Excel
