The Assistant Athletic Director of Operations and Sports Information supports the daily administration of the School's interscholastic athletics program, with primary responsibility for scheduling, event operations, athletic communications, and sports information. The position works closely with coaches, student-athletes, families, school departments, officials, opposing schools, and outside partners to ensure athletic programs and events are organized, accurate, and professionally managed.

QualificationsPreferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in sports management, athletic administration, communications, education, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant experience in school athletics, athletic administration, sports information, communications, or event management.
- Knowledge of interscholastic athletic operations and FHSAA or similar governing-body requirements preferred.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, written communication, and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, exercise sound judgment, and remain solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace and the ability to learn athletic scheduling, statistics, website, livestreaming, and communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively and to maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Works in office, outdoor, and athletic-facility environments and may be exposed to heat, cold, rain, noise, and other conditions associated with athletic events.
- Regularly moves throughout athletic facilities and fields and responds to event-related needs.
- May work extended or irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, based on the athletic schedule.
- Must be able to lift and carry athletic equipment and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
