A Glimpse into Your New Role
As a Finance Officer / Accounting Staff, you will play a key role in supporting daily finance operations, ensuring accuracy in accounts payable/receivable, preparing reports, and contributing to the overall financial health of the business. This position supports a hospitality group that delivers award-winning dining and event experiences through world-class venues.
Your day could see you:

Manage robust accounts payable and receivable processes

Reconcile invoices and ensure policy compliance

Perform accurate data entry and financial record maintenance

Prepare and process sales and COGS journals
-
Coordinate EFT payment runs and supplier payments
-
Assist in bank reconciliations and statement coding
-
Support month-end procedures and cash-flow reporting
-
Provide ad-hoc support and financial insights for decision-making
What You’ll Bring

Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance

Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
