Job Overview:
As an Assistant Account Manager, you will be an integral part of the account management team, assisting in the coordination and execution of digital marketing projects. You will serve as a primary point of communication for clients, ensuring their needs are met while helping to manage timelines and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing client accounts and serve as a key point of contact for communication.
- Coordinate and schedule project timelines, meetings, and deliverables among internal teams and clients.
- Support the Account Manager in creating strategic digital marketing plans tailored to client objectives.
- Monitor project progress and report any potential issues to ensure timelines are adhered to.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
- Conduct research to support digital marketing strategies and recommendations.
- Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of projects and client communications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing best practices to offer informed insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in account management or project management in a digital marketing environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
