About the Role We’re looking for an ambitious Assistant Account Executive to support the delivery of high-impact social and behaviour change campaigns. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone eager to learn fast, contribute ideas, and build a career in strategic communications.

What you'll do:

  • Project & Team Support Support delivery of communications projects across their full lifecycle

  • Contribute ideas, research, and inspiration to strengthen creative work

  • Assist with briefs, reviews, and development of campaign materials Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and status reports

  • Creative & Strategy Contribution Bring a point of view—contribute ideas thoughtfully and proactively

  • Support research, insight gathering, and development of campaign stimulus Stay on top of industry trends and share relevant inspiration with teams

  • Operations & Execution Support account administration (timing plans, meeting setup, reporting)

  • Ensure all deliverables meet high quality and formatting standards Assist with financial processes including estimates, POs, and invoicing

  • Help coordinate internal processes across production, digital, and print

  • Team & Culture Build strong relationships across the agency

  • Contribute to team initiatives, events, and agency culture

  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn

What you'll bring:

  • Internship or early experience in communications, marketing, or similar Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Understanding of business and operational fundamentals Degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Relations, Communications, Marketing) What

WHAT YOU GET

  • 12 weeks’ full pay for Primary Carers and 6 weeks for Secondary Carers (after one year of service; return requirements apply for subsequent leave)

  • Work from anywhere for up to 2 weeks per year (subject to approval)
