As a part of the Investment Specialist team, you will support the Marketing and Client Relations team based in New York City, focusing on both servicing existing clients and growing the business through new clients, expanding existing relationships, and delivering new products.
Job responsibilities
- Prepare and update all marketing collateral including marketing pitch book, product profiles, ad-hoc materials, etc.
- Complete updates to the consultant databases working closely with the dedicated team.
- Complete requests for proposal (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs) and due diligence questionnaires. Prepare competitor analysis on Real Estate funds.
- Work with internal constituent groups as well as consultants and clients to answer questions and address issues. Ensure timely, accurate and quality delivery of responses.
- Update and maintain internal databases, client cash-flows, Fund AUMs & other books on monthly & quarterly basis.
- Assist the fund level reporting efforts for all investors on the Real Estate Americas platform including client statements, snapshots, quarterly/annual reports etc.
- Maintain a high level of competency in reviewing data and reports and identifying gaps / issues.
- Identify and work on efficiency initiatives to help team continue to improve productivity.
- Participate in weekly meetings, info-shares, and fund webcasts.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- At least 1 year experience with financial product analysis, marketing, or client services.
- MBA in finance/marketing/CFA.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and exhibit a meticulous approach to work, ensuring data accuracy. Time management skills & ability to multi-task
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones.
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Experience in Global Real Estate market
