We're seeking a motivated team member for our Sales Support team in Milan, where you'll support client onboarding, product registration, and internal and external communications.

As an Asset Management, Analyst, Funds Sales Support, Milan you will work closely with Sales & Marketing Team and partner with the centralized functions to ensure accurate and on time execution of client requests and business activities. This will be an excellent opportunity for you to grow your career and acquire knowledge of the asset management business and financial industry at one of the leading financial services institutions.
Job responsibilities:

• Provide support to the local team on 3 main areas: client onboarding process, local registration of products, and internal and external communications.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing Team and partner with the centralized functions.
• Ensure accurate and on time execution of client requests and business activities.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

• Ability to work both independently and as a team player
• Capacity to operate in a team setting, cultivating effective relationships with internal partners
• Excellent presentation skills
• Pro-active attitude, ability to follow-up on issues and ensure timely response
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• 3 years Graduate degree (mandatory)
• Superior analytical skills; strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Italian and English fluent

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

• Previous experience in a similar position preferred
