Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Perform assembly of aerospace components and systems according to engineering specifications and work instructions.
  • Conduct functional and performance testing on assembled products to verify compliance with quality standards.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues during assembly and testing, ensuring timely resolution to maintain production schedules.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assembly and test results in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 6+ years of experience in assembly and testing roles within aerospace or related manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of aerospace assembly processes, testing procedures, and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in using test equipment, diagnostic tools, and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with electronic and mechanical component assembly and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory compliance in aerospace manufacturing.

  • Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Mechanical Technology, or related field.
