Responsible for supporting activities that may include:
- SORs and project management for tools, stations or specific technologies.
Typically part of a larger effort or project
- Manufacturing process definition
- Sequence of operations
- Human factors consideration
- Efficient material flow
- Design, construction, integration, plant installation, successful launch and continuous improvement of equipment and tools required in plants for the production of high-quality parts
- Providing technical direction to and oversight of outside vendor sources
Work may involve development and testing of advanced process technology.

Responsibilities:
Deliver Electric Drive Unit Execution Engineering for the BET/BEV3 program. The Execution Engineer will be responsible for coordinating the installation, debug, and PPAP of equipment. In this role, the candidate will work closely with the execution team, construction team, local safety, focus factory engineers, and the Launch team to coordinate the installation, debug, runoff, PPAP, and Launch Deliverables completion for this program at Ramos GPS.
- Execution of the BET/BEV3 EDUs.
- Follow standardized processes as defined in PoME for program execution.
- Participate in the Launch wall meetings
- Support OEM equipment runoff at supplier floor
- Follows all safe operating practices
- Safety Contract Management of OEMs
- Responsible for regular SOT review of onsite OEMs
- Establishes equipment installation board and review weekly/daily with OEM and contractors
- Supports plant floor equipment installation, tracking and countermeasures
- Support spending forecasting
- Completes plant floor debug and runoff
- Red tag, Yellow tag, and Green tag sign off activities
- Develop plan & conduct equipment validation and PPAP with the Launch team.
- Develop and lead the PPAP review meetings in area of responsibility utilizing the PPAP checklist, capturing exceptions.
- Lead the lessons learned gathering activity and feedback the information to the central process team for BOE/BOP updates
- Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of the Launch Deliverables to the final customer SAGT
- Closure of all ME open issues for Launch Deliverables
- Works closely with multi-disciplined teams to understand functional requirements, contribute to generation of innovative ideas, develop project plans and implement appropriate solutions
- Document lessons learned to improve BOP and BOE
- Track and Approve OEM support hour timesheets
- Communicates information to internal customers, quickly finds common ground with peers and solves problems for the good of the business
