Skills Required
- NQF Level 4 / Grade 12 / School Leaving Certificate or National/Occupational Certificate (or equivalent)
- Self-motivated, dynamic individual with entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to identify client financial needs and provide sound financial advice
- Experience in consultative and direct selling; identifying sales opportunities and strengthening customer relationships
- Customer service orientation, strong oral communication, probing and qualifying skills
- Familiarity with sales software and sales data management
