ASO Manager (f/m/d)
We’re looking for an analytical and creative individual with experience in ASO (App Store Optimization) to lead and shape our ASO strategy.
Reporting to the Growth Director, you’ll collaborate closely with our product and marketing teams to increase visibility and drive more players to our games through improved app store performance and organic downloads. This role requires strong communication skills, as you’ll engage with app store representatives to maximize exposure for our titles. With your analytical mindset, you’ll dig into app store mechanics to enhance conversion rates and optimize keyword strategies for player acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a comprehensive ASO strategy across our game portfolio
- Test hypotheses and share insights to improve conversion rates and organic installs
- Coordinate initiatives with localization, creative, product, and user acquisition teams
- Conduct A/B tests for optimization and present findings
- Communicate with app store representatives and handle featuring applications
- Use ASO tools to identify trends and implement best practices
Required Skills
- Proven experience with ASO in the mobile casual gaming space
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with critical thinking skills
- Fluent in English
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with ASO tools (e.g., AppTweak) and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, PowerBI)
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills
