Michelin is looking for a talented and entrepreneurial Asia Bicycle Key Account Manager to accelerate the growth of our bicycle business across the E2A region.
This strategic position combines Key Account Management, Business Development and Operational Excellence. You will be responsible for managing key distributors while identifying new business opportunities and delivering sustainable growth for Michelin's Bicycle business.

🎯 Your Core Responsibilities
🤝 Manage and Develop Strategic Customer Relationships
- Lead the Key Account Planning process for selected Bicycle distributors
- Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Understand customer priorities, strategies, challenges, and growth ambitions.
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with Michelin's commercial objectives.
- Conduct regular business reviews and identify growth opportunities.
📈 Accelerate Business Growth
- Grow Michelin's market share and profitability across the E2A region. (East Asia & Australia)
- Identify new business opportunities within traditional distribution, large retail chains, and e-commerce platforms.
- Develop long-term value-based partnerships.
- Create and deploy customer-specific sales and marketing action plans.
- Analyze market trends, customer data, and performance indicators to generate growth initiatives.
🌍 Collaborate Across the Organization
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Digital and Supply Chain teams.
- Share best practices across the E2A region(East Asia & Australia) and global Bicycle community.
- Support the development of Original Equipment (OE) opportunities.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects that drive business performance and innovation.
⚙️ Drive Operational Excellence
- Coordinate demand forecasting and sales planning activities with customers and internal teams.
- Improve operational processes and customer experience.
- Ensure effective execution of service agreements and performance commitments.
- Act as the voice of the customer within Michelin to continuously improve satisfaction.

🧩 What We're Looking For
Education & Experience
- Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Key Account Management or Business Development
- Experience managing customers, ideally in an international environment
- Knowledge of distribution networks, retail environments is highly desirable.
