We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Investigator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into toxic tort and asbestos claims. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive investigations into toxic tort and asbestos claims.
- Assign and oversee work to field investigators
- Assign and manage assignments to internal units
- Gather and analyze evidence, including medical records, environmental reports, and witness statements.
- Interview claimants, witnesses, and experts to obtain relevant information.
- Prepare detailed investigative reports and summaries.
- Collaborate with legal teams to support litigation efforts.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to toxic tort and asbestos claims.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in toxic tort and asbestos claim investigations.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Experience working with legal teams in a litigation setting.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and environmental science.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using investigative tools and software
