Job Description
- Role: AS 400 Developer
- Experience: 4 to 6 years
- Location: Noida and Chennai
- Education: B.E./ B.Tech. / MCA
- Primary Skills : AS400, OS400, Cobol, CL, DB2
Roles and Responsibilities:
- AS400 Development environment with strong COBOL, CL, and DB2 skills.
- Previous experience working with financial application involving Loan/Credit Card/Mortgage/Retail Banking is preferable.
- Experienced in providing Support and Maintenance on existing CL/SQLCBL/RPGLE/RPG400/SQLRPGLE based applications.
- Good RPG development skills in RPG, RPG III, RPGLE, Embedded SQL and Free Format RPGLE.
- Strong knowledge of OS 400 operating systems and CL job control language and job scheduler.
- Strong knowledge in DB2 and Cobol DB2 programming
- Participate in Design and Development of new features in the product.
- Knowledge in Agile working methodology.
- Mentoring of Junior Team members
- Possess good communication skills
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
