In this role, you will be responsible for scouting and curating the best filmmakers, animators, visual artists, and voice-over talents worldwide to become Artlist contributors. You will build strong relationships with artists, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring they deliver top-tier content to our platform.
Requirements
- Degree and/or hands-on experience in filmmaking
- Passion for video and visual content, with a deep understanding of filming techniques
- A strong visual eye and the ability to recognize high-quality footage
- Deep understanding of what makes footage stand out both aesthetically and technically
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and the ability to translate them into actionable strategies
- Proficiency in professional filmmaking terminology (both technical and aesthetic)
- Ability to professionally analyze video & visual content
- Experience working with artists, labels, or agencies
- Tech-savvy with the ability to analyze data and derive insights
- Fluent English speaker (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and experience in building and maintaining artist relationships
- Strong negotiation skills, contract writing, and organizational abilities
- A team player with a positive attitude
- 1-year experience working in high-tech – advantage
