Position Title: Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Freshers passed out from any IITs, NITs, BITS and has graduation in Engineering will be consider for this role as an ENTRY LEVEL candidate. (Training & Mentorship will be provided).

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated AI Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:

• Use AI models (like GPT or Claude) to extract useful information from documents.
• Convert plain English content into structured formats (like JSON, tables, or templates).
• Write and refine prompts to get consistent, accurate results from AI tools.
• Build simple tools or scripts to test and review AI outputs.
• Collaborate with other engineers to integrate AI-generated outputs into a working system.
• Keep track of where each output came from in the original document.

Updated Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in AI/ML, with focus on natural language processing or document analysis.
• Hands-on experience using large language models (LLMs) like GPT, Claude or similar.
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with LangChain, spaCy, or Hugging Face.
• Experience with embeddings, chunking, and vectorization techniques for document processing.
• Knowledge of vector databases like FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone, or similar.
• Ability to design and run structured tests to evaluate AI outputs.

Preferred:

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.
• Exposure to compliance, regulatory, or legal documents.
• Familiarity with web APIs, data integration, or LLMOps pipelines.
