Position Summary:
Art Supervisors are masters of their craft and team players who strive to both create top-level projects. As an Art Supervisor you will partner with copy to present and produce compelling and original ideas for our current. We ask that you have design expertise and technical understanding across multiple mediums (design, branding, advertising, digital, video), and a high level of collaboration with creative and our teams. This is a remote role and reports to the Associate Creative Director.
Responsibilities:
- Concept and execute high-quality creative work in any media that is aligned to the creative brief
- Manage workload and timelines efficiently, multiple projects and day-to-day responsibilities
- Partner with Copywriters/Sr. Copywriters to ensure creative needs of brand(s) are met
- Lead creative presentations to internal team members
- Participate in discussions with freelancers and partners as needed
- Begin to integrate strategic thinking into creative work
- Triage layout designs and elevate creative where appropriate
Qualifications:
- Strong design skills
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Advertising, Art, Graphic Design or related field
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch
- Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and related programs
- 4+ years of experience in an advertising or direct marketing agency
- Ability to not only bring unique and elevated designs but also guide the work creatively and strategically along the way
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual and design work across multiple mediums
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Comfort in helping to make executional changes
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid presentation skills
- Understanding of creative development process, including digital
- Curiosity and a hunger to continuously develop and learn.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations. Compensation
$95,000—$115,000 USD
