LA Managed Services is looking for an exceptional Art Director/Designer for one of our largest clients. The ideal candidate will also have some experience in motion graphic design. This position will be on-site in Culver City T/W/TH and remote Mondays and Fridays.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support and grow the brand-design direction
  • Provide strong design support to all the creative leads in the design department
    • This includes key visual design for both product and talent, landing-page design support, packaging, product-video design direction, branding, title cards, and more.
  • Function as a hands-on team member throughout all phases of design — from ideation to production and QC

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven (portfolio required) taste and excellence in graphic design, photoshop, layout, and typography
  • Strong eye for layout and type design is a must
  • Required - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Keynote expertise
  • Nice to have - Figma, Cinema 4D, After Effects or Final Cut
  • Exceptional work ethic, team mindset, and eagerness to contribute process related issues
  • Strong photo retouching and image compositing skills

The Perks:

  • This is a contract role with an hourly pay range of $50-$60/hr 
  • The anticipated duration of this position is 12 months
  • Sick pay will be accrued at a rate dependent upon your location 
  • Hybrid Work Environment: Mon & Fri- Remote ; Tues/Wed/Thurs- On-Site in Culver City

Sharp visual acuity is essential for scrutinizing creative assets, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a keen eye for detail in design work. Ability to accurately discern and differentiate between a wide range of colors. A keen eye for detail and the capability to interpret color variations correctly are essential.

Utilization of technology:

Proficiency with various computer software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and project management platforms (e.g., Wrike), is indispensable. This entails precise manual dexterity and adept eye-hand coordination.

Multi-tasking:

The role demands adept management of multiple projects concurrently, necessitating the ability to prioritize effectively and seamlessly transition between tasks while upholding meticulous attention to detail.
