Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Art Director with a strong background in video editing and/or animation. The ideal candidate will lead the ideation and design language on clients/projects across all channels. Candidate must be proficient in generative AI in image, video, and sound.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of visual concepts across digital, print, social, and motion
- Direct the creation of storyboards, animations, layouts, and production-ready assets
- Supervise and mentor designers, editors, and animators—ensuring a high standard of quality and creativity
- Integrate AI design tools and workflows into creative processes to boost efficiency and output
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to align visuals with brand strategy
- Maintain visual consistency across all brand materials and touchpoints
- Stay ahead of design, AI, and animation trends to bring innovative ideas to the table
- Present ideas and concepts clearly to stakeholders and clients
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of branding, design, digital, and motion.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and AI-powered design tools
- Experience with video editing and animation software (After Effects and Premiere Pro)
- Solid understanding of brand systems, typography, layout, and motion principles
- Excellent communication, and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
- Travel will be required

Skills Required
