We are looking for experienced Art Director who will join our team in Lisbon.
✅ Requirements:
✔️ At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
✔️ Understanding of industry-standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting, and challenges of real-time development.
✔️ Creative mindset that open to new ideas and fresh perspectives.
✔️ Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to work with different art styles.
✔️ Ability to lead, inspire, grow, and motivate a diverse team of artists.
✔️ Attention to visual details.
✔️ Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.
✔️ Having an eye for Global Market, Player Behavior, and International Trend Aesthetics.
✔️ Communication in English.
✅ Responsibilities:
✔️ Leading the projects from the art side and leading the assigned artists.
✔️ Be responsible for final delivery, and quality control in accordance with the project's artistic direction, technical restrictions, and deadlines.
✔️ Helping with creating all necessary materials for the project from the concept phase until the final product.
✔️ Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and adjusting schedules as needed.
✔️ Reviewing graphic materials to assess their validity and appropriateness.
✔️ Quality control, identifying work process improvements.
✔️ Create a working environment friendly and constructively for cross-team collaboration, ensuring a productive internal workflow.
