The modern CPG company behind Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando. Formerly Harry’s Inc.
The Role

About Harry’s

Harry’s Inc. is building a modern CPG company by putting people first and delivering against real unmet consumer needs.
The company’s flagship brand - Harry’s -  was founded by Jeff Raider and Andy Katz-Mayfield in 2013. After successfully launching and scaling Harry’s, Jeff and Andy saw an opportunity to bring their experience building Harry’s to other CPG categories where the consumer has also been historically underserved.
Harry’s Inc. has grown significantly over the last ten years, and is now made up of four brands -  Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, Mando -  and Harry’s Labs, the company’s incubation and M&A engine. The company employs more than 900 people across the U.S., U.K. and Germany, and is the largest CPG company built in the last 20 years.
At Harry’s Inc, our mission is to Create Things People Like More — whether it's a product, an experience, or an internal tool, we believe in making the things around us better for our customers, and our team.
Our mission extends beyond customers and team, to the community broadly. We believe that the best business models make a positive impact. That's why our brands donate year-round to nonprofit organizations that align with their social missions.
At the end of the day, the key to our success is our amazing people. From chemists, mechanical engineers, CX associates, to creative directors, sourcing managers, and logistics specialists, the Harry’s team is composed of some of the most brilliant, diverse, and humble people you’ll ever meet. Our company is a place of inclusion, innovation, and deeply ingrained values.

The Harry's Inc working model is in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Our beautiful 70,000 square foot SoHo office is decked out with bagels on Wednesdays and lunch on Thursdays, and fully stocked kitchens with snacks, coffee, and drinks everyday.  Can’t forget the free products and the opportunity to have some meetings without Zoom!

About the Role
We’re seeking a talented Art Director to help define and elevate Harry's digital brand presence. In this role, you’ll lead digital creative direction and craft engaging visuals that stand out across key digital platforms—including social media, direct-to-consumer channels, and email. As a key member of our creative team, you’ll combine digital design expertise with strategic insight, aligning Harry’s core values with every visual story. This role calls for a creative problem-solver who brings art direction, design, and copywriting skills to advance Harry’s brand, engaging audiences in ways that resonate, inspire loyalty, and drive measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Art Direction: Partner closely with the ACD to define and direct a cohesive digital vision for Harry’s, aligning with the brand's strategic objectives and ensuring a seamless, powerful digital narrative across all platforms.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with brand, strategy, and copy teams to create visually compelling campaigns that reflect Harry’s values. Lead and partner effectively with production, animation, and photography teams to ensure excellence in execution.
  • Full-Cycle Creative Ownership: Oversee projects from ideation through delivery, upholding a high standard of design quality across platforms. Be accountable for the visual impact of digital assets that resonate with our audience and differentiate Harry’s in the grooming space.
  • Brand Cohesion & Innovation: Elevate and reinforce Harry’s brand identity across digital touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries. Explore new digital formats, tools, and techniques to keep content fresh and on the cutting edge of social media and DTC trends.
  • Data-Driven Creativity: Leverage data insights to refine creative approaches, ensuring content maximizes engagement and aligns with business goals. Continually assess and optimize visual content based on performance metrics.
  • Exploration & Experimentation: Lead the pursuit of new creative directions, embracing opportunities for growth and innovation. Experiment with emerging trends in digital design, building on Harry’s creative foundation to deliver compelling and memorable experiences.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 5+ years in visual design, art direction, or a related creative field, with a robust portfolio in digital and social media content that showcases your strategic thinking and storytelling abilities.
  • Digital & Social Expertise: Proven expertise in designing high-impact digital content tailored for social media, email, and other digital channels, with a clear understanding of platform-specific best practices.
  • Creative Problem Solving & Strategic Vision: A unique blend of creative flair and strategic mindset, demonstrated through visually compelling work that aligns with brand and business goals.
  • Collaboration Skills: Strong communicator with a team-oriented approach, able to work seamlessly with multiple departments to achieve shared objectives.
  • Innovation & Curiosity: A proactive approach to staying current on digital trends and industry shifts, with a desire to continuously bring fresh perspectives to your work.
  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: Dedication to design excellence, with high standards for quality and precision in every project.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment, with flexibility and a results-driven mindset.

About You
You’re passionate about creating impactful digital content that tells a story and drives results. Curious and culturally aware, you bring a fresh perspective to every project, pushing the boundaries of digital design. A collaborative spirit energizes you, and you thrive in cross-functional settings, leveraging the strengths of a diverse creative team to bring your vision to life.

With a strong sense of ownership, you’re motivated to deliver exceptional work that sets Harry’s apart. What We Do

Mammoth Brands (formerly Harry’s Inc.) is the modern CPG company behind category-leading brands Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando. We’ve built a new model—and home—for brands, founders, and talent looking to solve unmet needs, improve peoples’ lives, and ultimately challenge the status quo. Our mission is to “Create Things People Like More.” Simply put: everything we do should be better than what already exists. If it’s not, we don’t do it. This guides everything we do, from developing the best product experiences, to making Mammoth Brands a great place to work, to exploring innovative ways to give back to our community. We got our start in 2013 when our co-founders created Harry's. They built the brand differently—online first, prioritizing direct relationships with customers—and in the process learned they’d created something bigger: a playbook and platform that could help other brands grow and scale to their full potential. Today, Mammoth Brands is a growing portfolio of brands built by dedicated, entrepreneurial teams that live and breathe their millions of customers every day. Even as we grow, we take extra care to maintain the small, scrappy, entrepreneurial culture that helped to get us where we are today: to create a company that people like more. That better serves its customers, employees, and community.
