The ARMO Tech – Electro Mech I supports this mission by performing electro‑mechanical assembly, maintenance, and support activities while adhering to established safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Fueling Your Passion
As an ARMO Tech – Electro Mech I, you will support electro‑mechanical activities by reading technical documentation, assembling components, and following formal procedures and maintenance practices. You will apply basic technical skills, use standard tools, and collaborate with team members to support shop and operational requirements in an industrial setting.
As an ARMO Tech – Electro Mech I, you will be responsible for:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and parts lists to complete assigned tasks accurately.
- Following formal procedures, work instructions, and maintenance practices to ensure quality and consistency.
- Performing basic soldering and assembly of electro‑mechanical devices and components.
- Supporting inspection, assembly, and rework activities as directed.
- Using basic hand tools and equipment in accordance with safety and quality requirements.
- Documenting work activities, assembly status, and related information using basic computer systems.
- Supporting shop and operational activities based on business and customer needs.
- Conducting all work in accordance with company Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE) policies, Legal Compliance requirements, and company Core Values.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a High School diploma or a minimum of 1 years of relevant industrial experience. (Preferred)
- Have experience in industries such as oilfield, automotive, airline, military, or electronics.
- Have the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Have basic skills in soldering and electro‑mechanical assembly.
- Have basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
- Have the ability to follow standardized procedures and work instructions.
- Have the ability to work safely in an industrial environment while using required personal protective equipment (PPE).
