Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced and responsible Armed Security Officers to join our elite team. Candidates must demonstrate strong judgment, composure under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Provide armed security protection for clients, properties, and events.
- Deter and respond to potential threats or unlawful activity with sound judgment.
- Patrol designated areas and monitor for suspicious behavior or safety hazards.
- Control access to restricted areas and verify credentials.
- Accurately complete incident and activity reports.
- Maintain weapon proficiency and compliance with all state and company regulations.
- Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
Requirements:
- Security License: Valid Nevada PILB Security Guard Card and Armed Endorsement (required).
- Firearms Proficiency: Must meet all state and company standards for firearm safety and use.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, including in challenging weather conditions.
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Observational Skills: Keen attention to detail and situational awareness.
- Professionalism: Maintain a neat appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
- Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and dedicated to upholding safety and security standards.
