  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking an experienced Arista Network Architect to lead the design, implementation, and support of advanced networking solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Arista technologies, a strong understanding of modern network architectures, and a proven ability to drive innovation in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
  • Key Responsibilities:

    Network Design and Architecture:

  • Develop scalable, reliable, and secure network architectures using Arista technologies.
  • Design and implement Layer 2/3 network solutions, leveraging Arista EOS and CloudVision.
  • Evaluate and integrate modern networking concepts, including VXLAN, EVPN, and segment routing.
  • Implementation and Deployment:

  • Lead the deployment of Arista-based solutions, including switches, routers, and network automation platforms.
  • Configure and troubleshoot network hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
  • Automation and Scripting:
  • Leverage automation tools (e.g., Python, Ansible) to streamline network operations.
  • Develop and maintain scripts for network provisioning, monitoring, and optimization.

  • Performance Optimization:

  • Conduct regular performance analysis and fine-tune network configurations.
  • Ensure high availability, redundancy, and minimal downtime through proactive measures.
  • Collaboration and Leadership:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network strategies with organizational goals.
  • Mentor and guide junior network engineers in adopting Arista technologies and best practices.
  • Security and Compliance:
  • Ensure network solutions comply with industry standards and security policies.
  • Implement advanced security measures to protect network infrastructure and data.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Create comprehensive documentation for network designs, configurations, and processes.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of Arista switches, routers, and CloudVision platform.
  • In-depth understanding of networking protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VXLAN, EVPN).
  • Proficiency in automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, or equivalent tools).

  • Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in network engineering and architecture.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Arista solutions.

  • Certifications (Preferred):

  • Arista Certified Engineering Expert (ACE-A or ACE-P).
  • CCNP/CCIE or equivalent certifications in networking.
  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
