We are seeking a detail-oriented ARIS Business Analyst to join our business process management team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ARIS, strong BPM knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
Your Role:- Analyze and model current and future business processes using ARIS (EPC, BPMN, organizational, data, and system views).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate process requirements.
- Create detailed documentation, reports, and dashboards to visualize process performance.
- Facilitate workshops and review sessions to drive consensus on process improvements.
- Provide ARIS training and support to business users.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and leverage ARIS capabilities for simulation and analysis.
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Relevant BPM certifications (e.g., CBPP, ARIS certifications) are a plus.
- Proven experience with ARIS Platform (ARIS Architect, Connect, Process Mining).
- Strong BPM methodology expertise and process modeling skills.
- Familiarity with BPMN, EPC, and other modeling notations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to organize complex information clearly and concisely.
