We are looking for a R&D Engineer to join our growing team—someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and creative ideas that make a difference.
- Graduated from Engineering departments of universities (preferably Mechanical Engineering),
- Preferably 2 years or more of experience in R&D in one of the heating & cooling, automotive or white goods sectors,
- Very good command of the English language,
- Good CAD knowledge,
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, researcher, follower and result-oriented,
- Completed military service for male candidates,
- Residing / will be able to reside in Istanbul Anatolian Side, Gebze and its vicinity
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Carrying out all R&D activities from design to mass production,
- Carrying out activities within the scope of designing new products, improving existing products and creating product files in accordance with project management criteria,
- Playing an active role in design, analysis, testing, simulation and optimization studies,
- Taking part in process improvement, cost reduction and efficiency studies,
- Taking part in effective work in coordination with other departments (marketing, production, quality assurance, planning, purchasing, logistics),
- To carry out relations with scientific and technical institutions (universities, research centers, test centers, government agencies, etc.) and service and product suppliers in relation to the issues within the scope of the task.
