Brief Role Overview:
1. Must have prior experience with Assets/Loan/retail Banking Business
2. Candidate will manage liasioning with Bank’s Senior/MID level management
3. Candidate will remain responsible for overall Loan/EMI/Other business management which includes budgeting, target allotment, target monitoring & achievement
4. Candidate must have prior basic knowledge of Team management, IT Items Co-ordinate for product integration, Product Training Impartment, Monthly commission management, MIS, other initiate as per loan business requirements
5. Identified candidate needs to visit state for periodic review, training, liasioning with bank/state team, other activities as per business requirements
6 Manage the team with a regular work schedule and assign the work to them
7.Responsible for Maintenance of data base at project level and Controlling and coordinating the activities at the various stages of the project
8.Implementing and Management IT Infrastructure and Monitor & manage the project schedules
Skills Required
- Prior experience with assets, loans, or retail banking business
- Basic knowledge of team management
- Ability to coordinate IT items for product integration
- Knowledge of product training, monthly commission management, and MIS
- Ability to travel within the state for periodic reviews, training, and liaison activities
