- Uses tracking systems as appropriate to maintain the files from different finance functions and branches.
- Receive and fulfil requests for archived documents
- Arrange , sort and file the documents from different types .
- Follow the documents over HO and branches and maintain the filing in different branches.
- Update all files daily for accurate tracking of information
- Assist with picking and packing files and scan the required documents
- Maintain business confidentiality.
- Ensures company procedures are followed in relation to security of information and data .
- Performs other duties as required from time to time.
