JOB DESCRIPTION for Architect (Java)Role: Permanent Location: Gurugram (HR), IndiaTHE JOB –We’re looking for a Software Architect who is passionate about technology and has a strong desire to learn and grow their skills. They will be responsible for providing Architectural oversight for a team of Multi-Language Developers and working closely with other teams to deliver high-quality software products. This position reports to the Senior Director of Architecture & Development.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO-

Strong Core Java Experience and advanced working knowledge of J2EE (Core Java 8, REST, Webservices and JDBC), Hibernate and Web Services-related technologies.
Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience in J2EE Development
Minimum 4 years of experience in Maven and Spring MVC 4.0 and spring boot
Strong hands-on experience with Core Java, J2EE & SOA Architecture
Great knowledge of Agile Project management including Scrum and Kanban. Ability to write effective stories as required.
Should have SQL & RDBMS skills and developer experience on databases like MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle.
5+ years of experience in working with AWS.
Extensive experience developing applications using Open-Source Frameworks, IDEs, and Java Application Servers.
Experience working with Elasticsearch and Kafka
Experience with performance tuning to the speed, efficiency, and scalability of Java-based applications.
Experience on working with CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent Debugging / Troubleshooting skills
Excellent Communication Skills.
Ability to pick up any ad-hoc technology and continuous curiosity for new technologies on the horizon.

Experience - 8 to 12 yearsSkills Required:

Strong SQL & RDBMS skills and developer experience on databases like MySQL, SQL Server, and Oracle.
5+ years of experience in working with AWS. Including using Serverless, Docker and K8S.

Nice to have:

Design and develop microservices using Spring Boot, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Experience working with Kafka and NoSQL Platforms (Cassandra preferred).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Working closely with DevOps teams for deployment and configuration management.
