Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Miami. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, in-depth knowledge of Revit, and a proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities:- Oversee multiple projects, from pre-design through construction administration.
- Collaborate with project teams, including architects, designers, engineers, and consultants, ensuring high-quality design outcomes.
- Develop and maintain project scopes, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all are adhered to throughout the project.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants, managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships.
- Review project deliverables for compliance with codes, standards, and regulations.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior staff and support their professional development.
- Monitor project performance metrics, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure integration of sustainable design principles throughout the project.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Licensed architect preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in architectural project management.
- Proficient in Revit, familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-standard software.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Experience in sustainable design practices is a plus.
