Exciting
and highly rewarding opportunity for an Architect/Project Manager looking to join the team in Minneapolis! This is a hybrid position with working three days in the office and two days remote.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design efforts for a variety of corporate/industrial,
government, and educational projects
- Collaborate/coordinate activities with a multidiscipline
team
- As Project Architect, responsible for
developing schematic designs, assisting with specification preparation/edits,
and preparing production documentation
- As Project Manager, responsible for managing
fee estimates, project budgets, and schedules
- Assist with business development activities
including developing project proposals/presentations
- Build/maintain client relationships
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture
- 8+ years of experience with progressive
responsibilities
- Previous corporate project experience
- Experience in educational and government projects
preferred
- Experience serving as a Project Manager with
demonstrated abilities related to multi-tasking, time management, budgeting,
communication (verbal, written, and presentation), and leadership
- Architectural Registration in State of
Minnesota or ability to become registered within one year of employment
- Architectural Registration in additional states
a plus
- Proficient with design applications including
Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketch-up
- Knowledge of graphics applications including
Photoshop, Illustrator, and In-Design preferred
Salary is commensurate with experience.
