Architect IT Systems

We are looking for an experienced “Architect IT Systems” for our IT Transformational projects. This technical role involves expertise in enterprise applications, infrastructure, IT operations, IT business systems.The role needs to ensure that all the IT systems in the organization are in tandem with seamless data flow and flawless integrations; the IT systems are architected appropriately with the industry best practices, transforming conversations into requirements and deliverables, and liaison between engineering and IT groups. 

Should have a deep expertise & knowledge on building modern IT systems; excellent stakeholder / partner management abilities & a passion for both technology & process. Should have successfully accomplished at least one or more deployments end to end in each of the sections mentioned below in point 10.

Job Description:

• To act as a trusted technical advisor to IT and internal stakeholders.
• Be a key member in digital transformation projects, contributing to advising and guiding on architectural designs, IT resource needs and estimates.
• Experience in handling transformation projects (data center, enterprise apps, IT systems and cloud)
• Should have exposure, architected and implemented AI products for IT Systems (chatbots, supportbots etc)
• Knowledge on AI products assessment, adoption and frameworks.
• Be a single point of contact for all IT Systems architectural design and implementation.
• To guide systems engineering & operational teams in design and implementation of technical solutions.
• Whiteboarding and conducting deep dive technology sessions with projects and operations teams.
• Translating requirements into business & technical solutions with logical and industry best practices.
• Participate and contribute to platform, cloud engg and security engg discussions.
• Participate in vendor partner discussions to evaluate and do comparative analysis of the products/tools.

Strong knowledge & architectural experience in:

Collaboration tools:- Google Workspace, Slack, O365/M365 Suite

Endpoint security tools:- Crowdstrike, PaloAlto EDR/XDR, Trendmicro

Endpoint management (MDM):- Jamf, Intune, ManageEngine

Artificial Intelligence tools:- Chatbots, Supportbots

IDP solutions:- Onelogin, AzureAD, Okta, Jumpcloud

IT Security tools:- SIEM, SASE/SSE, ZTNA, DLP

IT Automations:- Python, Shell scripting

Server Management:- Linux, Windows OS

Datacenter operations and management

• Strong architecture documentation skills, review technical documentation.
• Strategize and support the integrity, security and compliance of the environment.
• To enable and enforce efficient administration and maintenance of critical infrastructure and IT systems.
• Support development and engineering team in making use of corporate infrastructure.
• Improve systems and processes continually by automations and innovations.
• To identify areas where the applications can support and enhance business processes.
• Identify areas of improvement and define action plans.

• Must be a BE/B.Tech/MCA or any other Masters degree in IT/IS
• A total of 6 - 12 years of experience in IT systems engineering.
• At least 2 - 3 years of experience as an IT Architect.
• Experience in scripting languages (shell, python), APIs’, Integrations.
• Experienced in SDLC processes including client requirements, systems analysis and design.
• Good written and verbal, collaboration, interpersonal skills.

Certifications preferred:

• CISM 
• TOGAF, Zachman
• ITIL Service Design or ITIL Service Transition or both
• Shell or Python scripting
