ARC Business Solutions Inc. is currently seeking individuals with experience as an Architect / Functional Analyst– Oracle CC&B for immediate opportunities. This is for a short term initial engagement that should lead to a longer term. Minimal travel to Winnipeg required.
ROLE: Architect / Functional Analyst– Oracle CC&B
The successful candidates must possess demonstrated experience in the following areas:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to assess current systems and gather functional requirements for the AWMS initiative.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of Oracle CC&B and C2M to determine the risks for either an upgrade or replace with C2M
- Identify gaps and provide recommendations aligned with Oracle solution best practices.
- Assist in defining the overall Road Map for the AWMS implementation, including sequencing, dependencies, and resourcing considerations.
- Provide documentation and deliverables supporting strategic planning and decision-making.
- It is expected that after this project, we will be engaged to aid in the upgrade of CC&B or replacement with C2M or the creation of an RFP to engage an additional integrator.
- Proven experience as a Functional Analyst or Architect in Oracle CC&B and C2M implementations.
- Strong understanding of utility industry processes, particularly in metering and billing.
- Experience in road map development and functional planning for large-scale system implementations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with municipal utility environments is a strong asset.
