We are
looking for a junior Architect for a coordination-focused role (non-design) to
support project execution teams. The role involves drawing review,
inter-department coordination, documentation tracking, and site coordination support.
This position is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of
experience who want to build practical exposure in real estate project
execution.
· Coordinate
between architectural, structural, MEP, and site execution teams
· Review
architectural drawings for clarity and coordination gaps
· Assist
in drawing circulation and revision tracking
· Maintain
drawing registers and documentation records
· Support
project team in BOQ and drawing cross-checking
· Follow
up with consultants/vendors for drawing updates and approvals
· Help
in resolving drawing-related queries from site teams
· Ensure
latest drawings are issued to site and stakeholders
· Assist
in compliance and approval documentation if required
